In order to level up your Flagship and enjoy various bonuses you will need your cabins upgraded.

Upgrading Shipbuilder's Study cabins is essential as they significantly reduce construction times. For instance, a 10-day construction can be reduced to 4-5 days if you upgrade these cabins consistently as you level up your flagship.
